Kota Tua Revitalization Uses CSR Budget

Jakarta Provincial Government is about to revitalize Kota Tua, West Jakarta. Previously, revitalization was applied for buildings around the area.

Revitalization is integrating river, sidewalk, parking lot, and street vendor relocation

Norviadi S Husodo, Kota Tua UPT head, admitted Rp 200 billion is needed to revitalize the area. The budget is not taken from city budget, but CSR from private company.

Now the process is still searching for company who wants to join with this program.

However, it is hoped the revitalization could be started this year. He ensured revitalization is not disturb concept from PT Pembangunan Kota Tua Jakarta or Jakarta Old Town Revitalization Corporation (JOTRC).
